I've been waiting for someone to post this :)

Mine are:

1. When Uncle Vernon says: "I am not aware that it is any of your 
business what goes on in my house -"
   "I expect what you're not aware of would fill several books, 
Dursley," growled Moody (US, 869)

2. "Weasley is our King, Weasley is our King, He didn't let the 
Quaffle in, Weasley is our King...Weasley can save anything, He never 
leaves a single ring, That's why Gryffindors all sing: Weasley is our 
King."  (US, 701)

3. Umbridge: "What is it this time, Miss Granger?"
   Hermione: "I've already read chapter two."
   Umbridge: "Well then, proceed to chapter three."
   Hermione: "I've read that too.  I read the whole book."  (US, 316)
   (Me:  "Ha, Ha - Umbridge, you're an ol' poopie-head.")

More when I come across them in my second reading :)
