OOP: Neville & The Prophecy...

I just finished reading the book last night and correct me if I'm 
wrong but...  Wasn't it said that the only people that can touch the 
prophecy are the people who it is about, and if so, why was Neville 
able to touch it?

Me:
If you remember when Dumblydore was explaining to Harry about the 
prophecy, when it was made, there was nothing saying that it *was* 
Harry 100%. It could've been Neville also. I think that because the 
prophecy was made so... well... loosely..I suppose you could say, 
then thats why Neville was able to hold it also. It could've applied 
to either of them.
