I would agree, and I think one of the messages that JKR was trying to 
get across was that there is danger and evil where you don't expect 
it.  That those who think they have power, even if they really 
*don't*, can be just as harmful as those without.  

On a positive note, we could also see this as the power of believing 
in yourself, which Harry will certainly have to do now more than ever.
