Well, the mystery has never been my favorite part, but
I wasn't sure I liked OoTP at first. After the first
reading I was just undecided. I didn't know what to
think. Couldn't decide whether I liked it or not.

Upon rereading it's gotten better. The more I reread,
the better it gets. I haven't reread the book in its
entirety but I have read most sections at least twice
and some as many as four or five times. And the book
just keeps getting better.

I think I just needed to let it sink in that it really
is Harry Potter. For so long only four books were
canon (and I read them all back-to-back) that this one
didn't seem real at first. And it was so different.

There are quite a few loose threads. And I think
there will be for book 6 as well (anyone know when
it's coming out, BTW?). Seems like the last three
books will be closer to one story than three.

Anyway, I hope you like it better upon rereading.

Rebecca
