I just added that to the Strictly British section of the Lexicon. 
Molly Weasley says it to the manniquin in the shop window, too. I am 
delighted that so many British-isms have been left in the US 
edition. I'm working on adding as many of them as possible to the 
Lexicon this evening. 

Gotta start somewhere...
