talk to each other about in that situation. There's plenty of time
later for them to speculate about how crazy he is, either find
something useful to do or keep quiet.

right now I've really got doubts about Seamus being very trustworthy

It bothered me as well. What if he really was sick, what if he'd been
poisoned, and Ron and Neville were not there? Dean & Seamus would just
be sitting there like a couple of old ladies, gossiping and watching
him thrash about. It's like they were having a cup of tea and watching
a film or something...
Personally, I don't really think much of Gryffindor's. Not the men
anyway. They all seem to think that what they think individually is
the right thing (even Dumbledore, but he admitted it at the end).
They all jump to conclusions, and are impulsive without all the facts.
They prejudge people a lot based on what they hear from others.
If I was at Hogwarts, I'd like to either be in Slytherin or in
Ravenclaw. Have you noticed that Slytherin's are very secretive about
themselves? They don't show any in-house bickering. I'm sure it
exists, but they are sensible enough not to let the other Houses in on
it, becuase then it becomes a weakness, and invites more negativity.
