Me:
Why is it treated as a dangerous weapon? That is what I've been
having major problems with. There are many things I love in this
book, but some things just don't make sense.

So LV learns that he definitely has to kill Harry. Big Whoop. He's
been trying that for years. However, someone did say probably 500
emails ago (and that's just for today) that the reason could be that
if LV knew only Harry could kill him, then he'd be AKing everybody he
wants. Still, it seems a little lame to me.

And yet, he shows up anyway! What's the deal? And why didn't the DE's
disapparate when the aurors showed up? Because they didn't have the
jar? That still doesn't sit right with me.

Me:
Laura, what a great thought! I actually had this as a grain in my
head, but it never fully processed because of the "weapon" storyline,
Sirius' unnecessary death, and the fact I kept thinking Tonk was a
spy (I still think so and posted earlier regarding it). Although,
young wizards can do magic when they are upset, not needing a wand.
But this is something to look out for. :-)
