I would very much agree with this.  As "loony" as Luna comes off, we 
have to remember that she *is* in Ravenclaw.  And while we've seen 
the random character here and there not fitting in with the general 
characteristics of their house, it always seems to come true in the 
end.  (I'm thinking mainly Neville, here)

Random personal experience: I think I'm fairly intelligent, but often 
it's simply easier to play it dumb.  Not only because people tend to 
expect less, but because it also makes it really easy to watch those 
around you.  When they think you're an idiot, people tend to say and 
do things around you that they wouldn't normally.  

Basically, I would expect some really good things from Luna in the 
future.  I did sort of get the feeling that she was a replacement for 
the Weasley cousin, but I still think she will be a good addition to 
the "group."
