I'm a big DA-fan as well! It was one of the very sparse moments of
things working out and happy things happening. I also believe that it
did more for Gryffindor-Ravenclaw-Hufflepuff relations than anything
else in the series so far. And, as the Sorting Hat stated, that's
what's really the most important thing. I really hope to see a
continuation of the DA in some way, shape or form, though I doubt it
sincerely.

Incidentally, I'd like to see a decent Slytherin before the end of it
all. Unity in Hogwards has been said to be crucial in so many places,
and I'd like to believe that not every pure-blooded person with
ambition is necessarily evil. Gone are the hopes of some that Malfoy
will turn out to be okay (after all, it's one's choices, not one's
blood that determines everything, right?) I have a sneaking
suspicion, though, that it will take people from all four houses to
do some major uber-thing before the end.

Of course, some or all of MWPP could have been in Slytherin. This is
the pet-theory of two of my best friends. It would have been useful
if Harry could have commented on the labels on their cloaks. But,
then again, he didn't mention that in Tom Riddle's diary either. It's
possible that there are no distinctions between House-clothings, and
that it's all movie-induced thinking. Somehow, though, I always
imagined members of different houses to wear some form of distinction.

There's something else about Snape's Memory I'd like to mention, but
I'll do that in a new post, I think. I need to have the thoughts
crystallised anyway.

Cheers,
Alon
