OOP: Dumbledore and lying

Much has made on this list in the past about Dumbledore's refusal to
lie.  But he does not seem quite so averse to having other people lie.
 Presumably Snape's activities, whatever they may be, involve a form
of lying (as do any sort of spying activities by anyone else).  Harry
seems to think DD is giving him a very subtle signal to lie when the
DAs are being questioned in DD's office.  DD claims responsibility for
Dumbledore's Army pretty directly, and this seems to me to be pretty
much a direct lie (albeit one for a good reason).

Does Dumbledore lie?
