OoP: Neville's wand

Neville was using his fathers' wand all this time instead of a wand 
fitted to him personally? No wonder why he's been having so many 
problems casting magic!

My prediction is when Neville gets a new wand that's actually fitted 
to him he will improve dramatically in his spell casting. He may even 
surpass Potter now that his handicap is gone.

Less sure prediction: Longbottom will also find a phoenix feather wand 
exactly fits him. Potter and Longbottom will find this first when 
starting the D.A. meetings again and the golden cage is formed between 
them. They will at first find this annoying, but then practice at it 
to get better at how to fight Riddle.

Really unsure prediction: They finally realize there is no law against 
having more than one wand, and practice two handed dueling technique. 
One wand tied up with the golden cage, the other with a non-phoenix 
feather used for other simpler attack spells and defenses they can do 
left handed.
