OOP Percy's return

So Percy is still absent from Platform 9 and 3/4 at the end of OOP. 
How long until he comes back to the family, or will he?

I can't see Molly or Arthur not forgiving a child, despite whatever 
they said. Percy made some wrong choices, but the Weasley's are 
loving parents first and foremost.

I could picture Charlie or Bill talking to their younger brother over 
the summer and dragging him back to the Burrow to rejoin the family. 

I also wonder what happened with Percy and Penelope Clearwater during 
Book 5. I got the impression the relationship was quite serious, but 
we haven't seen Penelope since book 2 except for a mention in book 3. 
Can you picture Penny kicking Percy out reminding him that she was 
almost killed by the basilisk?

Or did Percy already break from Penelope? I believe she was 
muggleborn and it wouldn't do for an assistant of Crouch to have such 
an 'unacceptable wife
