I agree that Percy is power hungry and blind, and that he may become 
a death eater.  But I think there is a lot of potential to develop 
Percy and that is just one of them.  Personally I think he will turn 
around and come back to the "good side" after he sees the error of 
his ways - he is after all a Weasley and comes from a loving family.  
But before that happens he will become more evil - potentially 
teaming up with Umbridge, whom I think we will still see.
