OOP: What's up with Harry and Snape?

Interesting point.  We don't know how much Voldemort learned by 
trying to get into his mind - is it just feelings, or does he 
actually sees what Harry sees, too?  Indication by far is that he 
does not... that he was trying to possess him, not reading his mind.  
On the other hand, at the end of the book, Voldemort shows up because 
he is reading Harry's mind and knows that the prophecy is destroyed.  

Personally I think Voldemort would immediately destroy Snape if he 
would know that he is a spy. 

Snape had to act the way he did, and I think he was brilliant - 
defending Harry at the same time being mean to him, and putting 
Umbridge down.  Bloody brilliant as they say in the UK.  I just love 
Snape - I mean as a character...
