Sheer number of Wizards?

These are excellent points, and I'm sorry to say this problem never 
crossed my mind before.  Is it possible that some sort of spell would 
be cast such that the recipient of the letter would be rendered 
incapable of divulging the information?  Or a Forgetfulness Charm? 

Also, looking at it as a 2003 muggle, think of the majority of 
stories you hear about fortune-telling, seers, etc.  I drive by an 
abundance of "Palm Readers, Hot Dogs & Notary Public" places and 
think "yeah, right."   

kc--hoping to receive a Hogwarts letter any day now, never mind way 
too old to attend
