Well, not me...

Snape: it is not up to you to find out what the Dark Lord is saying to his 
Death Eaters
Harry: No -- that's your job isn't it?
Snape: Yes, Potter. That is my job

Okay, now me: It is possible that Snape isn't really _in_ the inner circle. 
He could just be having long conversations with Lucius or something, but I 
do think it's at least plausible that he has some contact with Voldemort.
