    I don't really know about Luna being a cousin of Sirius. I guess that it all depends on if Luna is a Muggle-born or pureblood. Does anyone know if she's a Muggle-born or a pureblood? Was it mentioned in the fifth book? 
    
  Anyway back to Hollymoomoo's question... I doubt that Luna's mother marrying a National Enquirer equivalent editor would be removed from the Black Family Tree. I mean, wouldn't the Blacks' be proud to have a magazine on their side? (Their side meaning the evil side.)
