OOP: ootp- my theory on how harry potter will end

As I was re-reading the book last night I was suddenly struck with 
the thought that yes Harry will defeat Voldemort but at the price of 
losing all his magic. Because essentially he would have fulfilled his 
destiny and there would be no need for a powerful Harry potter when 
Voldemort is defeated. it could be a differet ending as apposed to 
living happily ever after or dying.
