Good point! I just realized that after reading your post, Neville didn't
lose his mind upon touching the prophecy orb, hmmmm. It doesn't make sense
anymore. Since Harry's name was on it, we know he can touch it and not get
affected by the spell on it. Even if Neville could have been the other boy
as DD said, Harry was the "marked" one. LV was to mark the one that would
vanquish him , which is Harry in this case, but what if it was/is Neville
that was to be the one to get rid of LV and LV marked the wrong person, it
would explain why Neville was able to touch the prophesy. I have a feeling
that not everything is not what it seems. Maybe the true hero in the end
will be Neville, he also has reason to get back at LV since he was behind
the demise of his parents mental faculties. We are also finding out that
Neville ain't so bad with defensive arts. hmmm.
