OOP: Sirius' House - Harry??????

I wonder how JKR will work out Kreacher's loyalties *if* the Harry
does inherit Sirius' house. Dumbledore tells Harry that even though
Kreacher never "disobeyed" a direct order from Sirius, he never felt
any loyalty towards Sirius. If Kreacher is given clothes and set free
then the other secrets of the Order are not safe anymore either. I
would think that the HQ of the Order would have to moved to someother
location.
