OOP: MORE NAGGING QUESTIONS

I have some more questions I forgot to post in my last poll.

1. How did the Death Eaters appariate in the Department of Mysteries 
in the middle of the night? If you can't appariate into Hogwarts, I 
would think you couldn't appariate into the TOP SECRET Department of 
Mysteries, or even into the MOM itself. Also, why was it so easy for 
six kids to get into the MOM at night? Did the Death Eaters clear the 
way so that Harry would have a clear path to the Prophecy Room? 

2. Any idea who won the house championship?
