Yeah, I thought Harry may inherit from Sirius.  The
reason I think not 
is the fact that Sirius hated his family and that
house, and Bella 
LeStrange would know where it is located, and Kreacher

to Lucious Malfoy's wife.  So I am thinking it may be
moved.
