I keep seeing all of these allusions to Lord of the
Rings.  Don't keep reading if you haven't read Return
of the King yet and don't want to be spoiled for that
movie.  


Will Harry's pity on Wormtail be similar to Bilbo's
pity on Gollum, and Wormtail will actually be the one
to defeat Voldemort?

And to go along with this post, will Harry lose his
powers once V's gone, just like the elves power was
somewhat lost in RotK?  I suspect that Harry will
still have his natural power that he would have had
without Voldemort being around.
