I wouldn't start out on Dean yet if I were you Darrin....I get the 
feeling Ginny was just trying to get a raise out of Ron at that 
point. "There! you patronizing older brother - what would you say if 
I went out with your own roomate". I'm sure she's aware that Ron 
wants to set her up with Harry....

For all we know, Ginny hasn't even spoken to Dean about it!
