I agree with Sabrina here. Harry does seem most suited for being a 
teacher. Also, JKR takes pains in OotP to mention how much Harry 
enjoy's teaching his DA class. She highlights how he encourages 
everyone, makes them feel at ease and does all the things a good 
teacher would do and his students seem to respond well. He never once 
thinks of quitting. 

Being a professional Quidditch player is another possibility.
