What's in a name . . . Luna/Lupin

Oh. I just had a bad thought. (Maybe some one in the previous 4,000
posting has had it before?)

Luna means moon. We all know what happens to Lupin when the moon is
full. Could it be that Lupin meets his demise when he can't get to
his potion, transforms, attacks someone (luna?) and has to be
killed?

Oh, man, I hate it when I think of these things. Can someone please
tell me why this is a really unlikely turn of events so that I don't
torture myself for the next two years?

Also, did JKR *really* say on the Today Show that we should be
looking forward to more deaths of characters we know and love?

Em, who really is having a hard time with the Sirius stuff.
