It's not just that they own cats, they seem to understand them too.
Theres'a been a lot said about the strange way that Filch is almost
able to talk to Mrs Norris. And how on earth did Figg manage to send
Mr Tibbles off to spy on Harry? More to the point, what sort of
special cat is Mr Tibbles to understand and obey that command, and
then alert her when Mundungus Fletcher took off?
