I'd forgotten about this line, but it ties in nicely with Molly's hideously 
insensitive comment to Sirius about being in Azkaban.

Remember, for 13 years, Molly thought of Sirius as the traitor and a murderer 
of Muggles besides. In GoF, she still reacts to him with fear, until Ron says, 
"Shut up, mom, it's ok." 

Molly just hasn't wrapped the knowledge around her head yet, most likely. 
Perhaps it hasn't fully sunk in that Pettigrew was Scabbers, at least not 
enough to where she doesn't make slips from time to time.

But I don't think I've ever been angrier at Molly when she threw Azkaban in 
Sirius' face. Wonder how she feels about that now, considering that after 
griping at Fred and George about OWLs and then fearing they were dead, 
she went into hysterics.
