I agree.  I thought she was a tad insensitive bringing this up-- then again I 
thought she was being more than a bit tactless, bitchy and overbearing the 
whole time in this book.  I resented her treatment of Sirius, who I feel to have 
gotten just a bad of a shake at life as Harry has.  When I heard her bring up 
Scabbers, I was wondering whether she was doing it to irk Sirius.  But what 
really got me was that she was insensitive to Harry by treating Sirius like this.  
Not to mention the fact that all the Weasely's were GUESTS in Sirius's home.  
Her attitude really ticked me off on behalf of Harry.  I hope she shows some 
remorse and regret for her treatment of Sirius when we see her in Book 6.
