I've wondered how Crabbe and Goyle can remain in school since they seem 
so stupid. Does no one flunk out of Hogwarts? Are you promoted to the 
next grade no matter how dense you are? In the CoS movie (and maybe the 
book, I don't remember), Draco seemed surprised that C & G (H & R 
polyjuiced) could read. If they're that stupid, how can they still be in 
school?
