Good one, I wondered that myself!  But I think to be a squib, her 
parents had to have been wizards.  They must be Muggles though, 
because there would be no other way Harry could be referred to as a 
half-breed.  Speaking of that, every other instance of this term 
being used is in conjunction with the person's own parents being the 
factor of whether or not they are pure-blood, not grandparents.  
Anyone else notice that??  Harry's mum and dad are both wizards so 
why is he not pure-blood?

That's what squibs are, they can't do magic, but are in a sense on 
the outside looking in.  Remember, Argus Filch is a squib.
