I agree- my roomie was finishing it last night and said that she 
found herself skimming thru some parts to get to the juicy stuff. (a 
side story- she just got to the part where McG was stunned by the MoM 
pple and I asked her who she thought was going to die? She turned 
away from me, so that she wouldn't see my facial expressions and said 
McG (based on what she just read) or Sirius- I think I knew at that 
point as well!) The last 200-odd pages made it worth it to me. My 
feeling is that JKR is always setting us up for the story as a whole, 
so my hope is that alot of what we learned from this book will 
translate to action in the next book. I did read an interview that 
the next 2 probably won't be as long as OoP, so there will be 
probably lots more going on.
