  *i think that now that Harry's at Hogwarts, he only needs to return 
to the dursley's once a year for the magic to keep working. the whole 
point, though, is that Harry is protected INSIDE of the dursley's 
house, so if he grew up away from them and just visted once a year, 
he would still be vunerable.
