Star:  

Voldy cannot 'read minds' as Snape tells us... so in regards to his 
appearance in the MoM... I seem to recall that Voldy didn't know the 
prophesy had been destroyed... didn't they have to tell him and then 
convince him - I also seem to remember Bellatrix pleading briefly 
that it wasn't her fault...  haven't got book with me as am in lab... 
check up on that...
