Since I am new to the site you may have discussed this already, but, 
if as some believe Remus is actually James' soul's vessel, then why 
can't Harry house Lilly's soul?  Harry may truly have Lilly's eyes in 
that she performed some type of last moment charm or spell to save 
her "soul" inside Harry's being.
