I would think all of the stupid decrees that were placed upon 
Hogwarts bY the beastly lady and the unbelieving fudge would have to 
have been lifted after fudge realized he was wrong and the rightfull 
headmaster had returned to his postion. I don't think Either one 
(fudge or dumbledore) could in anyway justify a reason as to why they 
would not be able to fly again. What does everyone else think?
