IIRC, McGonagall shows up at 12 Grimmauld Place once or twice during the
summer. To me, that would imply she was in the Order. That and a couple of
comments she makes to Harry (I think about Umbridge). Don't feel like
looking it up and I've only read the book once (fighting the urge to
reread), but I know McGonagall showed up at the house. To me, that would
imply she's in the Order, otherwise she'd have no way of knowing about it.
