Me:
It _would_ seem in character for Draco to be so busy gloating over Harry 
having to take remedial potions that he wouldn't realize something was up, 
but here's just one problem. He didn't appear to have gloated. Harry assumes 
that Draco is going to tell the whole school about this, but we never hear a 
peep about it, and _that_ seems really ooc for Draco. I think he either got 
obliviated by Snape or figured out that something wasn't right and decided 
not to spread it round the school. Of course, if it were the latter, I would 
wonder what he did with the information....
