SPOILERS below
First off, I'm really sorry if someone's already written this, I haven't been
following the Neville threads, but noticed a huge discrepency as I reread the
book for the umpteenth time.
When Ron, Ginny, Neville and Luna show up in the forest, conversation jumps
right into Ron saying, "Has You-know-Who got Sirius or --" and then Harry
saying yeah but he doesn't know how they're going to save him. Now, unless I'm
missing something, isn't Neville still under the impression Sirius is a murderer?
He's not in on the secret, right? And he only ended up with the group
because he was trying to save Ginny. So WHY does he ask no questions here? It's
only when we're in the death chamber and Sirius has died that Neville finally
asks if he was a friend of Harry's. Was he merely clueless that they were
referring to Sirius Black?
Opinions?
~Jenny
