The whole idea behind Occlumency lessons for Harry was that he 
should finally stop dreaming through Voldemort's eyes and sharing 
his obssession with the Department of Mysteries. Snape obviously 
tried to discourage it. 

As for the Prophecy... I doubt that Snape, or anyone, would envy 
Harry for having a bull's eye on his forehead. All that, supposing 
that Snape does indeed know about the Prophecy at all.
