I was rereading CoS and was struck by the scene between Tom Riddle & 
Headmaster Dippet, wherein TR says he lives in a Muggle orphanage. 
Didn't the Dursleys (pre-Howler) say they SHOULD have put HP in an 
orphanage but were too soft to do so? Is this yet another reason why 
AD has HP at #4 Privet Drive...that he doesn't become TOO like 
TR/LV? (i.e., they remain "in essence divided")
