OOP: Harry & Unforgivable Curses was Something that disturbed me

I fell that JKR needed to let us know the process of
using the Unforgivable Curses.  Harry tried to use
"Crucio" but he was unsuccessful.  Bellatrix responds
"'Never used an Unforgivable Curse before, have you
boy?' she yelled.  She abandoned her baby voice now. 
'You need to mean them, Potter.  You need to really
want to caused pain -  to enjoy it - righteous anger
won't hurt me for long...'" OOP p. 810 American
Version

WOW.  Righteous anger wont hurt for long?  Is that
saying that Unforgivable curses can only be used by
individuals that are 'evil' or 'cruel?'  

It is my prediction that the use of Unforgivable
Curses will be an indicator of who is on which side in
later books.

Harry still has a lot of magic to learn. If he and his
friends are going to defeat Tom Riddle.
