Where do Wizards go to school before Hogwarts?

Someone asked where do wizards go to school before Hogwarts, and I'm 
sure the answer given (that those with Muggle parents and half-
bloods probably go to regular school) is right on that end, but as 
far as pure-bloods and maybe even some half-bloods, JKR said in an 
interview (can't remember which one) that they do not HAVE to go to 
school prior to secondary, which gives me the impression that most 
wizarding families decide to have the parents or older siblings 
teach the young ones the basics of the the 3 R's before they are 
11.  This would almost definitely be the case with the Weasleys, as 
Ron knows nearly nothing about Muggles.
