I like your examples, and I agree, but I'm going to put forth some examples for the Dumbledore side and why I think they still have a chance to win at least some of these races over:
Dumbledore himself and his treatment of these races. Specifically, the Hogwarts House-elves don't want to be free, hiring a half-giant and a full centaur as teachers, etc.
Hagrid. Not only his half-giant status, but his incredibly stubborn interest in the welfare of all creatures, no matter how much others may find some of these creatures distasteful and/or dangerous.
Firenze. Sorry if I spelled that wrong? I returned OoP to the library, so I can't look it up. But it's mentioned that he's going to continue teaching at Hogwarts. I hold out hope that others of his kind will be swayed or at least influenced toward Dumbledore's side.
The destruction of the fountain. I hope that's meant to be a foreshadowing of better relations between all races.
