OOP: Why OWLs aren't FLINTs!

If I remember correctly, Mrs weasly found Fred & Georges result of 3
OWLs absolutely horrible. she seemed very disapointed by it.
But F&G never wanted good results, did they? At the time of their
OWLs, they had allready decided what they anted to do after leaving,
and so didn't bother to study, or even try very hard during exams.
I think you can get 2 OWLs in everysubject (one practical, one
theorethical) which means Hermione might end up getting 20 OWLs I
suppose.
My own personla theory that noone seems to agree with is that
Hermione will end up as Headmistress at Hogwarts some day.
