OOP: what we forget with Sirus and James and Harry

I see your point, but to me, there is never any excuses for bullying 
others and act like James, Sirius, and Lupin did. If anything, Lupin 
was th every worst of the lot. He as a prefect should have stepped in 
and put a stop to the bullying, the fact that he didn't should  be 
proof he was just as bad as Draco Malfoy is now.
