Despite being a squib Arabella Figg could be quite useful to the
order. I can easily see her offering her home as a 'safehouse'
during the first Voldy war. The fact that she seems to have dropped
of the wizarding-world's radar would make her particularly helpful.
Currently her house seems to be the base for the 'Harry guard',
though her usefulness in that regard may well have been compromised.
