With that reasoning then she should have been mad at Harry was well.  It 
wasn't until after the Scarlet Woman article that had Hermione cheating on Harry 
that Molly got haughty. That implies she believed that they were a couple and 
was mad that Hermione was 'cheating' on Harry  (think that Molly sends Hermione 
x-mas presents as well and if she had sent her something less than friendly 
we would find out about it somehow. 

Lets not forget that Molly has had these kids in her home and has had plenty
of time to observe them (in fact Hermione was at the Burrow a full 24 hours 
before Harry in GOF.)  She also has the measure of that "wretched Skeeter 
woman"
