Oh, I've been having these mad urges to email each and every rule-
breaking poster and sternly inform them of their transgressions. 
^_~  In fact, the only real thing that has stopped me (so far) is 
that I have recently switched to a new email server and it seems to 
have issues sending mail.

Meanwhile, I'm dying with the thought that I'm missing all the 
important stuff while wading through the garbage.  I just have to 
keep telling myself that we are looking at another year -- *at 
least* -- before book 6. Therefore, it is unlikely that anything 
brought up in the first days of OotP won't be brought up again in 
following months, when the list has quieted a bit.

Which relieves some of my anxiety, but certainly not all. Ah, well.
