My only two candidates for Head Boy are Harry (the obvious choice as 
far as the readers go) and Malfoy.  I think if Malfoy was Head Boy it 
would throw up so much 'good stuff' - the possibility of Malfoy being 
accepted by HRH, his treatment of the other students etc.

However, Harry has proved himself time and again to be Dumbledore's 
right hand man; he has the academic ability (I'm predicting all 
Outstandings and Exceeds Expectations for him), and in OoP he's shown 
real leadership, with his fellow students they've shown they're 
willing to follow him into any situation.  If thats not perfect Head 
Boy material, I don't know what is.
